5 Whys Challenge: Lior Israel

We’re just two weeks away, and the buzz is all around. Tickets are running out, get yours!

Today’s 5 Whys Challenger is Lior Israel. Lior has been an active part of the agile community for years, and he’ll be as active on conference day: As part of the organizing committee, he volunteered to open the conference. Then he’ll be the Advanced 1 track chair, that means going around presenting people and collecting feedback. Then at the end of the day, he’ll co-facilitate with Lital HassineThe Retrospective Session”. He’s always thinking on ways to improve (he’s actually doing this when his picture was taken).

Let’s see what Lior has to say:

Why should people come to the conference?
Because it will be fun and enriching with full knowledge and a lot of interesting people.

Why should people come to my session?
Anyone who looking to gives a fastest feedback, learn new retrospective methods and enjoy – this is the place for them.

Why did I choose this topic?
The retrospective is an important thing in any process; unfortunately we do not always do it well. So it is important for me to help expose and practice the topic.

Why do I think you should also go to “LEAN LENS” session by Andrea Darabos?
it’s simple – I like an Agile games.

Why did the chicken cross the road?

Because it wanted to try something new.

Notice that recurring meme about meeting people? I used to think that going to conferences is about the content, and some of the speakers. The more conferences I go to, I find it’s really about the people. I learn the most from them, and develop long lasting relationships with them.

So I invite to not just “Learn Something New”. Come and meet someone new.

It’s start here: Register.
